Ingredients

20 portions
  • 300 grams flour, sifted
  • 250 grams butter, at room temperature
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 cups butter, at room temperature (for butter cream)
  • 3 cups powdered sugar, (for butter cream)
  • 4 tablespoons Strawberry jam, (for butter cream)

Preparation

For cupcakes: Preheated oven at 200ºC
Beat (with wooden shovel) in a bowl the butter until it takes the consistency of ointment, and add the condensed milk until it is well integrated, add the eggs one by one, until everything is well mixed and add the flour and the baking powder. enveloping form and finally add the essence of vanilla.
