Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 1/2 cups of flour
  • 1/2 Cup of cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 Cup of Butter at room temperature
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • enough of Red food dye
  • 380 grams of cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups of powder sugar
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 5 strawberries
  • enough of Sweet Confit Red to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a bowl mix the dry ingredients, the flour, the cocoa the baking powder, the salt.
