Preparation
Mix the rice flour with the hot water in a bowl. The rice flour is very sticky, so pour the hot water little by little to get a well-mixed dough.
Form 12 balls the size of ping pong balls (more or less than 3 to 4 centimeters in diameter). To avoid that the dough sticks and to be able to form well round balls, it is better to do it by moistening the hands with water.
Pour the balls in a pot with boiling water and boil them for 5 minutes until they start to float.
Take them out of the pot and leave them in a bowl of cold water for 15 minutes Dry them on a basket
Place 3 balls on a bamboo stick and heat in an oven for 3 minutes or so.
empty the candy or the sweet sauce on the dangos
