If you want a very nutritious and easy-to-prepare snack, these date sticks with quinoa granola will be ideal for any time of the day, as they are ready in a short time and are also delicious.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 cup date
  • 1 cup plum
  • 1 cup granola, with quinoa Kellogg's®
  • 1 tablespoon orange peel zest

Preparation

Process all ingredients for 5 minutes or until a manageable dough is obtained.
Line a square cake mold with plasticized paper and place the dough. Smooth with a spoon and refrigerate one hour.
Cut 5x5 cm bars

PRESENTATION

Cut 5x5 cm rods and put on a bow tie.

TIPS

You can add figs or any dried fruit.
