Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade.
In a deep bowl beat the eggs and yogurt. Add butter and vanilla and continue whisking. Add the sugar and beat for 3 more minutes.
In another deep bowl whisk the flour, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda with a balloon-type whisk. Add the salt.
Add the dry ingredients mixture to the wet ingredients mixture and beat for 3 minutes. Add the water and beat for 2 more minutes.
Pour the mixture into 2 molds to slice greased cake and bake for 25 minutes until the cake is well done.
Cover the cake with a chocolate bitumen and serve.
