Prepare this recipe for apples covered with butter caramel, red caramel and chocolate with a hilarious variety of delicious toppings. These apples will be super good at your events or candy tables.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • enough Water
  • 6 apples
  • 3 cups caramel, soft. With butter.
  • 1 cup peanut, for caramel apples with butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar, for red candy apples
  • 1/2 cups Water, for red candy apples
  • 1/2 cups corn syrup, for red candy apples
  • 1/2 teaspoons red food coloring, for red candy apples
  • 2 cups dark chocolate, for chocolate apples
  • 1 cup sprinkles, for chocolate apples

Preparation

In a deep pot heat the water until it reaches a boiling point, add the apples and leave in the water until they are opaque and all the wax is peeled off.
Heat a pot over medium heat with sugar, water, corn syrup and red coloring, cook until it reaches boiling point and form fine bubbles.
On a board insert a wooden stick, soaked with lemon juice, to each apple. Dip the apples to cover completely. Reserve in refrigeration.
In a pot over medium heat, melt the caramel sweets with the milk, submerge the apples to cover completely. Decorate with peanuts and refrigerate.
Heat a pot with water and place a bowl, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, submerge the apples to cover completely. Decorate with chocolate chips and refrigerate.
Decorate the apples with a ribbon of colors and form a bow, enjoy any occasion.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with colored ribbons forming little bunches.

TIPS

The candy has to reach 145 ° C so that it is ready to cover.
