In a deep pot heat the water until it reaches a boiling point, add the apples and leave in the water until they are opaque and all the wax is peeled off.

Heat a pot with water and place a bowl, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, submerge the apples to cover completely. Decorate with chocolate chips and refrigerate.
