This recipe for lemon charlotte is a classic dessert and very easy to prepare, since it requires few ingredients and a few steps to achieve a great mix of flavors. This delicious easy dessert is great for kids!

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 360 milliliters evaporated milk, for the filling
  • 397 grams condensed milk, for the filling
  • 170 grams Marie biscuit, for the layers
  • 190 grams cream cheese, for the filling
  • 6 lemons, for the lemon game
  • 1 yellow lemon, to decorate
  • 1 yellow lemon, for the filling
  • 1 bunch peppermint, to decorate

Preparation

Cut the green lemons, squeeze the juice and reserve.
In a blender add the lemon juice, evaporated milk, condensed milk and cream cheese; grind at medium speed so that the ingredients are mixed very well and it is creamy and without lumps.
With the help of a grater, add the zest of 1 yellow lemon and a green lemon to the mixture and incorporate very well into the mixture.
In a refractory add a little of the previous mixture and on top of it, arrange the Maria cookies one by one, forming a layer; performs 5 to 6 layers.
Once all the layers are done, refrigerate for about 2 hours so that the carlota is firm and you can easily serve it. Garnish with mint and lemon zest.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with lemon zest.

TIPS

It is important that the lemon set does not contain seeds because it can make the dessert bitter.
