Preparation
In a mold for flan, heat the sugar until it melts.
Lower the heat and place the chocolate cookies, let cool.
Blend the evaporated milk with the half cream, the condensed milk, the eggs and the vanilla. Pour over the mold for flan and lid with aluminum.
Place in the pot in a bain-marie and cook for 30 minutes or until the knife comes out clean.
Remove from heat and let cool completely, unmold and serve.
