Preparation
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the water, 2 1/2 tablespoons of sugar, salt and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Let them boil and remove from heat. Incorporate the flour until a dough forms.
Heat the oil to fry in a deep pan or conical saucepan at 190 C.
Place the dough in a pastry bag with a duya or star point.
Form churros and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
Mix 1/2 cup of cinnamon sugar. Stir churros in this mixture.
When finished, put cajeta on top of the churros and enjoy.
