Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 ounces almond liqueur
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 raja cinnamon
  • 250 grams raspberry
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 on natural gelatin

Preparation

In a large saucepan place cream milk and ½ sugar, simmer, remove from the heat and add the grenetina and liquor to mix until the grenetine has dissolved. Divide the mixture in 6 flaneras and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
Place the remaining sugar in a pot and dissolve with water add the raspberry cinnamon and wine.

PRESENTATION

In a dessert dish place the panacota and cover with the wine and the raspberries
