  • 200 grams sugar
  • 100 grams lard, at room temperature
  • 1 kilo plum

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
Mix in a bowl the flour, only 100 grams of sugar and butter, until a sandy dough forms.
On the other hand, slice plums and mix them with 100 grams of sugar.
Then pour the mixture of plums into a mold and cover the mixture with the sandy dough (crumble).
