Preparation
Melt the chocolates separately at low heat or in a bain-marie to prevent the chocolate from burning.
Empty the liquid chocolate in 3 small containers but with the necessary depth to soak the strawberries.
Disinfect the strawberries and cut the stem, put each one a stick or stick.
Cover a baking sheet with waxed paper.
Grab the strawberries by the stick and dip one by one into the white chocolate to cover 3/4 of the strawberry. Arrange on the waxed paper and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt milk chocolate or bitter in another saucepan. Remove the strawberries from the refrigerator and submerge them in the milk chocolate leaving part of the white chocolate uncovered. Refrigerate again.
You can combine and decorate the strawberries to your liking, using the three types of chocolate or those that you like, making different shapes, it is only important to leave the strawberries cooling between one chocolate and the other so that they do not mix.
