Tartlets of Apple with Yoghurt

Apple tarts with Oikos® Yogurt with green fruits is a very rich preparation. It's so easy to cook that you will not believe it. It is a simple dessert, rich and perfect to cook with your children. They are rich individual tartlets, perfect for when you receive guests at home.

Ingredients

  • 300 grams of Yogurt Oikos® with Green Fruits
  • 500 grams of puff pastry
  • 4 pieces of Red Apple
  • 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 50 grams of sugar
  • 100 grams of flour (to stretch the dough)
  • 3 pieces of egg (to make the tartlets shine)
  • 50 grams of Butter

    Preparation

    Preheat an oven at 200 ° C.
    Flour the molds (these must be special for tartlets, look for them to be individual size). Stretch the puff pastry until it is 1 centimeter thick, line the molds with the pasta and refrigerate.
    Cut the apples into very thin slices.
    Place a couple of tablespoons of Oikos® Yogurt with Green Fruits at the base of the tartlets. Add a couple of slices of apple, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
    Cut thin strips of puff pastry and place them on top of each tart, varnish with egg and bake for 20 minutes or until the dough is cooked.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the tart with vanilla ice cream.

    TIPS

    Keep the puff pastry refrigerated until you are ready to use it.
