Ingredients: 7 eggs; 3/4 cups sugar; 1 1/2 cups flour; 2 tablespoons vegetable oil; 250 grams butter; 1 cup icing sugar; 2 egg yolks; 150 grams semisweet chocolate; 1/2 cups cow's milk; 1 cup sugar, for the caramel; 1 tablespoon butter, (for the caramel)

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Whip the egg whites (from 7 eggs) to stiff peaks and add the sugar. Once mixed, add the yolks (from 7 eggs) one by one and add the oil. Remove from the mixer and fold in the flour gently. In two greased and floured round cake pans, pour in the mixture and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.
