Donuts covered in chocolate and stuffed with cream cheese. A fusion between two desserts that we all love; cookies and donuts with chocolate and cream. You never imagined you could eat this delicacy and prepare it at home whenever you want.

  • 3 cups flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoons yeast
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 1/2 cups milk, tibia
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 pipes chocolate cookie, with vanilla filling
  • 2 sticks cream cheese
  • 1/2 cups chocolate, melted


Mix flour, sugar, yeast, cinnamon and salt, until they are integrated.
Add the egg, butter, oil and milk.
Mix all the ingredients to form a uniform dough that does not stick on your hands.
Make a ball with the dough and let it rest for 1 hour, covering it with a cloth moistened in hot water.
After the hour, and the mass has increased its volume almost double then spread it with a roller. With a donut mold we cut the dough (we can also cut them using a glass or a round tupper and for the center of the donuts you can use a bottle cap).
Once cut the donuts let stand 30 minutes, while we wait we can go separating and crushing the cookies. After separately mix the filling of the cookies with the cream cheese and only if you want add a little ground sugar.
Fry them for 1 to 1:30 minutes, turning them a couple of times so that they sponge evenly.
We drain the donuts and open them with a knife in half and fill with the cream cheese already mixed.
Cover the top with melted chocolate to make it work as an adherent and add the crushed cookie.


You can separate some complete fillings of the cookies to decorate the shore as in the photo.


Grind the biscuits with a spoon and not with the blender so that when you bite the donut you still have pieces of crispy biscuit. When cutting the donuts from the dough, the dough should be between 2 to 3 cm wide so that the donuts sponge well.
