This is one of my favorite recipes, because as I did not have many ingredients I made them much simpler, covered in sugar and some with a little chocolate.

Ingredients

20 portions
  • 500 grams flour
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 50 grams yeast
  • 200 milliliters milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest

Preparation

Place the flour in a bowl. Incorporate the sugar and a pinch of salt. Add the yeast by shredding it with your hand, if it is granulated 2 tbsp. Incorporate milk Mix and knead on the table to achieve a smooth and tender dough. Cover the dough and let rest for about 20 minutes. Stretch the dough.
