Place the flour in a bowl. Incorporate the sugar and a pinch of salt. Add the yeast by shredding it with your hand, if it is granulated 2 tbsp. Incorporate milk Mix and knead on the table to achieve a smooth and tender dough. Cover the dough and let rest for about 20 minutes. Stretch the dough. Cut 7 cm discs and make a hole of 3 cm in diameter by removing the center. Let leaven again. Fry in plenty of hot oil for 3 or 4 minutes on each side. Decorate with sugar, icing or chocolate topping.
