  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1/3 cups cocoa powder
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons whipped cream

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Heat the oil and chocolate in a microwave, in a glass measuring jug, at high power for 1 to 2 minutes or until it is completely melted. Add the cocoa powder and stir; let stand at least 5 minutes.
Beat the egg whites and sugar in a medium bowl, with an electric whisk at high speed, for 3 minutes or until they have tripled in volume. Reduce the speed to medium-low; Add the melted chocolate mixture and beat until well combined. Place the dough with a spoon in 6 medium muffin muffins covered with baking paper cups. (The molds should be almost full).
