Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cans condensed milk, for gelatin
  • 2 liters Water, for gelatin
  • 2 black peppers freshly ground extra special, LYNCOTT, for gelatin
  • 3 tablespoons gelatin, no flavor, for gelatin
  • 1/2 cups Water, for gelatin
  • 1/2 cups cream, LYNCOTT, for gelatin
  • 175 grams bittersweet chocolate, for chocolate cream
  • 1/4 cups milk, for chocolate cream
  • 1/4 cups cream, LYNCOTT, for chocolate cream

Preparation

For the Chocolate Cream: 1. Dissolve the chocolate in the milk and mix with the cream. 2. Flip the mousse and serve together with the chocolate cream.
Cook the condensed milk in a pot with two liters of water until they become dulce de leche (two hours, approximately, in a normal pot or one hour in a pressure cooker).
Mix the dulce de leche with the cream cheese in the blender .
Add the cream and grenetine without flavor, previously dissolved in cold water and heated in a separate pot. Blend again.
Pour into a jelly mold and refrigerate to set for at least two hours.
