  • 1/4 of Cup of chocolate milk, melted
  • 1/2 Cup of dulce de leche (caramel) for truffle
  • 180 grams of Butter melted
  • 1 1/2 cups of dulce de leche (caramel)
  • 3 pieces of egg yolk
  • 50 grams of sugar
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 2 cups of wheat flour sifted
  • 3 pieces of egg white
  • 2 spoonfuls of vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • enough of ice cream cheese, to accompany
  • enough of glories to accompany
  • enough of powder sugar to decorate
  • enough of cajeta - Mexican carmelized goat milk sweet to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    In a bowl, mix the whipping cream, chocolate and dulce de leche, freeze until solid.
    In a bowl, combine the melted butter with the dulce de leche, stir well until you get a homogeneous mixture. Set aside.
    In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with sugar until doubled in volume, add the previous mixture in a slow stream and set aside.
    Add the flour with the baking powder little by little, until you incorporate all the flour into the mixture, set aside.
    Beat the egg whites until you double their volume and form peaks. Fold the egg whites and the vanilla essence to the yolk mixture.
    Varnish the mold with the butter and sprinkle with the flour. Fill by half, add the truffle and cover the mold with the remaining filling. Bake for 18 minutes.
    Serve on a plate with cheese ice cream, Glorias Mexican candy, and cajeta. Enjoy
