Preparation
All fruits are washed. The guavas, figs and tejocotes are cut the peduncle or corner of the top and the bottom or base. The apples and pears are cut into large cubes.
In a pot add the piloncillo, fruits, cloves and anise. Pour water until the fruits are covered, but be careful not to spill from the pot. Put on high heat until the herbor sprout and then let it cook over low heat for 45min. approximately.
It is served in hot cupcakes and can be accompanied with milk.
