Prepare these delicious butter cookies for any occasion and give them your personal touch by decorating them as you like. They are very simple to make and their taste will surely win over everyone. Do not wait any longer, you can bake them at home.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 450 grams of flour
  • 250 grams of Butter
  • 250 grams of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 20 grams of baking powder royal
  • 1 egg big

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° (356F) C.
    In a bowl, cream the butter with a blender until it is creamy, add sugar. In another bowl stir the baking powder with the flour and set aside.
    Add the egg to the creamed butter, with the sugar (at this point it will look like a sticky dough).
    Once the egg is well incorporated, add salt and vanilla.
    Then, little by little add the flour mixture until it is a soft dough (when grasping it with your fingers if pressure is exerted you have to sink into the cookie dough a little).
    Divide the mixture into two plastic bags and place in the refrigerator for fifteen minutes.
    Once the dough is cooled, put a little flour on a flat surface and extend until it is about half a centimeter thick. Cut the cookies with the mold of your preference.
    To bake them, place them on a previously greased and floured tray; bake ten to fifteen minutes or until the edges are barely brown.
    Take out of the oven and let cool down. When they are cold you can decorate them.

    TIPS

    You can substitute margarine for butter.

    No creo que sea una buena receta para galletas de mantequilla para decorar ya que queda inflada la galleta por el royal quedarían perfectas sino llevarán royal

    Me quedaron perfectas de textura... Pero la medida de sal no creo que sea la correcta. Ya que si se hace con margarina con sal no se debería agregar sal, si se hace sin sal solo agregar una cucharadita. Las galletas no deben dejarse por mucho tiempo en el horno luego de transcurrido el tiempo recomendado, porque el resultado sería muy duras y difíciles de morder. El momento apropiado es sacarlas del horno cuando su contorno se ve doradito, no importa que la galleta esté suave o blanda en el centro. Una vez fuera del horno, al enfriar quedan tostaditas y fáciles de morder.
