Beat the eggs in a bowl for 5 minutes or until they increase in size a little, then gradually add the almond flour, whole wheat flour, and baking powder. Mix very well with a spatula or whisk until fully combined. Mix the Inés® extra virgin sesame oil, Greek yogurt, walnut, English walnut, macadamia nut, and carrot with a spatula. Add the cinnamon, ginger, walnut, clove, and monk fruit, then mix for 2 more minutes or until everything is fully combined.
