Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups Classic Gamesa® Marías Cookies; 2 tablespoons butter, melted; 3/4 cups sugar, low in calories; 1 cup cream cheese, low in fat; 1 envelope unflavored gelatin powder, 7 g, hydrated; 3 tablespoons lime juice; 1/2 cups low-fat whipped cream; 2 packages Gamesa® Classic Florentine biscuits cajeta flavor; 2 packages Gamesa® Classic Florentine cookies strawberry flavor; 1/2 cups strawberries, thin slices, for decoration

In a processor, crush the Gamesa® María cookies for 5 minutes until they form a powder, then add the butter and mix until a dough forms. Place the cookie dough in a previously greased cake pan and, using your fingers, spread it to cover only the bottom. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
