Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 cups of grated coconut
  • 2 cups of Lala ® milk
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla
  • 1 Cup of sugar
  • 3 pieces of egg yolk

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Add coconut, Lala ® milk, vanilla, sugar and yolks to a thick pot or copper saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes or until the liquid has been consumed and you see the bottom of the pot. Do this while still moving.
    Pour the mixture into a refractory or baking pan and spread it out. Bake for 10 minutes or until browned.
    Remove from the oven and spread on waxed paper. Cut into small pieces and enjoy.
