Ingredients

18 portions
  • 1 1/3 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cups amaranth
  • 45 grams unsalted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Beat butter with sugar until creamy.
Add the egg, continue beating.
When it is well mixed add the almond flour little by little.
Add the baking soda and baking powder.
Finally add the amaranth.
Put baking paper on a tray, the use of aluminum foil is not recommended since they could burn a lot from the bottom, make little heaps with a spoon not so close together because they can grow a little.

PRESENTATION

To share the cookies, put them on a nice plate and some mint leaves for decoration.

TIPS

For snack time accompanied by a delicious coffee.

dice agregar el polvo para hornear y el bicarbonato, pero no dice cuanto polvo para hornear.
