This recipe is a mix of flavors and fun to share. They are cookies full of flavor and texture because of the ingredients that make them up. The macadamia nuces and honey make a delicious combination. Try them.

Ingredients

22 servings
  • 90 grams of unsalted butter
  • 4 spoonfuls of sugar
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 3 spoonfuls of evaporated milk
  • 4 spoonfuls of honey of bee or maple
  • 2 spoonfuls of oats
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 1 piece of vanilla pods
  • 1/2 Cup of macadamia nut
  • 1/2 Cup of nut of crushed cashew
  • 1/2 Cup of white chocolate chip
  • enough of flour

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Mix by incorporating all the ingredients in the order listed in a bowl, (the flour is only added so that the dough is consistent)
    When the mixture reaches a consistent state (not kneaded) give elongated shape and wrap in foil, leave 4 hours in the freezer of the refrigerator until the mixture is very hard and remove it.
    Cut into 1 centimeter thick discs and place them on a cookie sheet with parchment paper or baking paper.
    Leave a prudent space between the balls of dough so that when baking the cookies have room to grow and not join with each other. Place some sparks of chocolate on the dough discs.
    Bake for 10 minutes.

    PRESENTATION

    You can use the cookies as saucers to put a scoop of ice cream and liquid chocolate.

    TIPS

    Leave the mixture at the point where the dough forms but does not knead too much.
