Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Mix by incorporating all the ingredients in the order listed in a bowl, (the flour is only added so that the dough is consistent)
When the mixture reaches a consistent state (not kneaded) give elongated shape and wrap in foil, leave 4 hours in the freezer of the refrigerator until the mixture is very hard and remove it.
Cut into 1 centimeter thick discs and place them on a cookie sheet with parchment paper or baking paper.
