Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade.
In a deep bowl with a balloon whisk mix the flour, baking powder and salt.
With an electric mixer , mix the butter with the brown sugar and the sugar until it gets a spongy consistency.
Add the flour mixture and the vanilla essence and bata from little to little incorporating the whole dough. Finally add the egg
Add the M & Ms and incorporate with a wooden spoon.
Prepare 2-3 baking sheets with waxed paper. Spoon dough circles with 5cm between each one and bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove from the oven and with a spatula separate the cookies from the tray and allow them to cool before serving.
