Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
Place the chocolate and butter in a microwave bowl and heat until melted.
Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
In a bowl whisk , beat eggs with sugar and vanilla.
Add the melted chocolate mixture to the blender , mix and stir to add the flour mixture little by little.
Cover the dough and refrigerate for 1 hour. Form balls of the same size with the mixture and place them on a baking tray with waxed paper. Bake at 170 ° C for 10 - 12 minutes
Cut the chocolates in half and once the cookies are baked, remove them from the oven and place a half of chocolate in the center of each one.
Return the cookies to the oven for 2-3 minutes. Take them out of the oven and let them cool for 10 minutes.
For the glaze: Combine all the ingredients and pour a little of the glaze over the cookies. Decorate with colorful sparks.
