This recipe will love you. The delicious Chocolate Merengue Cookies are going to be the sensation in any children's party, since it combines merengue and chocolate. They are richer, if you accompany them with a glass of milk.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 cups San Juan® Egg White
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cups powder chocolate
  • sprinkles

Preparation

Beat the San Juan egg whites until the nougat point is reached (the whites adopt a thicker texture and form peaks)
Little by little, it incorporates sugar. Continue beating.
Repeat the previous step with the chocolate. Once the meringue has a uniform color, stop beating.
Introduce the mixture in a pastry bag, we recommend using a ½ centimeter curly duya.
Cut a sheet of waxed paper about 40 cm, in this circles circles of 5 centimeters wide, leaving a space between them, flips the paper so that the ink is not in contact with merengue. Place the waxed paper in an oven refractory.
Sprinkle waxed paper with flour. With the pastry bag, pour the meringue into the circles, starting from the edges towards the center.
To each meringue cookie put a little bit of strawberry sparks.
Preheat the oven to 100 degrees Celsius, cook your meringues for an hour and a half. It is necessary that you let them cool for one hour.

PRESENTATION

You can sprinkle them chocolate sparks of different colors.

TIPS

Let them sit overnight, so they are crispier.
