Preparation
In a bowl, sieve the flour with the yeast, add the butter at room temperature, cut into squares and mix.
Add the other ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon until all the ingredients are well combined.

We form a ball, place it in a plastic bag and take it to the refrigerator for 1 hour.
After the hour, remove the ball and split into 4 pieces, place one of them in plastic paper that is above and below and pass a roller ensuring that the dough is not too thin.
We cut the figure we want to make and place it on a baking sheet with paper blanket.
We take to the oven pre-heated to 350ºF for 10 minutes or until we see that they are ready, without leaving to brown too much.
We take out of the oven and let resfrecar for half an hour.
Decorate with glaze or fondant with the reason we prefer.
