Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 tablespoons gelatin
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 1 can fruit in syrup

Preparation

Hydrate the grenetine in the half cup of water, adding little by little the grenetina.
Blend cream cheese, milk, a jet of syrup and heat the mixture for 10 minutes.
The grenetine will have become hard as gelatine, heat it in the microwave oven to make it liquid again, it is advisable to do it in short periods of time (30 sec) so that it does not spill and add it to the cheese mixture.
Place the fruit in the mold, empty the mixture and refrigerate.

PRESENTATION

You can use an individual molds or a large one, when unmolding the pieces of fruit will look great.

TIPS

For a better consistency unmold when it is cold.
