Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 cups wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cups canola oil
  • 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons sprinkles

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
In a medium bowl, mix the flour with the sugar and the baking powder.
Beat the oil with the orange juice, eggs and vanilla on low speed until integrated.
While beating, add the flour mixture little by little until it forms a dough and it comes off the bowl.
Cover the dough with parchment paper and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Grease a baking sheet with a little cooking spray.
On a previously floured table, stretch the dough to a thickness of 5 mm. With a star-shaped cookie cutter, cut and decorate with the colored sprinkles.
Place on the tray and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the edge is slightly golden.
Let cool and offer.

PRESENTATION
