Beat the brown sugar and peanut butter with a spatula, then add the milk gradually, the vanilla, and mix and incorporate very well. Add the oat flakes and wait 3 minutes for them to hydrate, then incorporate the Tres Estrellas® pancake flour, baking soda, and salt. Gently fold until everything is perfectly integrated.
