These oatmeal and nut cookies are a delight. Perfect as an afternoon snack that will make you avoid buying processed foods full of fats. I guarantee that they will surprise everyone who tries them.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 grams raisin
  • 2 tablespoons liquid vanilla
  • 150 grams butter
  • 1 cup walnut
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking soda

Preparation

Let the raisins sit in a bowl with two scrambled eggs and two tablespoons of vanilla for 2 hours.
Mix 150 grams of butter with a cup of sugar.
After 2 hours add them with the mixture of butter and sugar. Mix until you get a paste.
Once the dough is obtained, add two tablespoons of royal, 1 cup of walnuts (chopped), 2 cups of oatmeal, 1 1/2 cup of flour and mix until obtaining a concise consistency.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Add the dough in a tray, adjusting it evenly.
Put the tray in the oven for 13 minutes. Once it has passed, remove the tray and cut the dough with a knife or cookie cutter of the desired shape. Return the tray to the oven for another 13 minutes. Be careful not to burn.

TIPS

The cooking time inside the oven can vary between 20-30 minutes, depending on how golden and crunchy you want them to be.
