Prepare this delight the night before, it will be breakfast and even the perfect dessert. Nutritious, delicious, low in sugar and ideal for diabetics, vegans and vegetarians.

Ingredients

3 portions
  • 4 tablespoons chia
  • 1 1/2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 glasses coconut milk, almonds, soy or oats

Preparation

Place the chia in the blender, remember that the amount you use depends on how gelatinous or liquid your pudding will be. I recommend using 4 tablespoons.
Pour milk of your preference, and peeled bananas.
Blend until a puree consistency is obtained. You can add stevia sweetener or agave honey or bee if you want a more intense flavor.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.

PRESENTATION

Serve with fresh banana slices.

TIPS

Prepare one night before. Use almond milk or soy milk.
