Ingredients

10 portions
  • 300 grams margarine
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 250 grams flour
  • 500 grams cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 100 grams grated coconut
  • dulce de leche (caramel)

Preparation

In a bowl, add the margarine together with the sugar
Add the eggs one by one, the yolks and the vanilla essence
Add the sifted flour once with the starch, the baking powder and the salt
Mix perfectly, cover and rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
Flour a flat surface and stretch the dough to a thickness of 1 cm
With a cookie cutter cut the caps and place them in a tray with baking paper.
Bake at 180 ° C for 15 minutes once ready to cool
In another bowl mix the dulce de leche, the coconut and fill one of the cookies and cover with another.

PRESENTATION

Sprinkle with icing sugar.
