Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring in between to prevent the white chocolate from burning. Make a hole in the bottom of the medium candies with a decorative straw. Dip the tip of the decorative straw in the white chocolate and insert it into the candy. Refrigerate them for 5 minutes. Cover the candies with white chocolate and roll them in colored sprinkles. Let them cool for 10 minutes until the white chocolate hardens. Tie a small bow on the decorative straws and serve to your guests.
