This chocolate pudding with quinoa and chia is spectacular and a sophisticated dessert for you to be very good with your guests, has a creamy English sauce of chocolate and is accompanied with slices of banana and caramel ice cream.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 cups of chia
  • 2 cups of Yogurt natural
  • 1 Cup of whipping cream
  • 1/2 Cup of milk
  • 1/4 of Cup of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3/4 of Cup of dark chocolate (125 g)
  • 2 cups of granola with quinoa Kellogg's®
  • 4 balls of ice cream caramel
  • 2 bananas in slices, to decorate
  • 4 teaspoons of chocolate syrup to decorate

    Preparation

    In a medium bowl, combine the chia with the natural yogurt and refrigerate 30 minutes until the chia is hydrated. Reservation.
    For the chocolate sauce, in a pot over medium heat heat the cream with milk. Add the sugar, cocoa and salt. Cook until it boils.
    Place the yolks in a bowl and add a little of the hot milk and stir immediately, add the tempered yolks to the pot and cook over low heat without stopping to move 5 minutes or until it thickens. Remove from heat and incorporate chocolate, cool immediately.
    Place the chia hydrated with yogurt in 4 cups, then the Kellogg's® quinoa granola, a little chocolate sauce and finish with a scoop of ice cream, bananas and decorate with chocolate syrup.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with caramel ice cream and decorate with banana.

    TIPS

    Be careful when cooking chocolate sauce, because if it boils too much the yolks can be cooked.
