Ingredients: 2 cups chia seeds; 2 cups yogurt, natural; 1 cup whipping cream; 1/2 cups cow's milk; 1/4 cups sugar; 1 tablespoon cocoa; 1 pinch salt; 3 egg yolks; 3/4 cups bittersweet chocolate, (125 g); 2 cups granola, with Kellogg’s® quinoa; 4 balls ice cream, caramel; 2 bananas, sliced, for garnish; 4 teaspoons chocolate syrup, for garnish

In a medium bowl, combine the chia with natural yogurt and refrigerate for 30 minutes until the chia hydrates. Set aside. For the chocolate sauce, in a small pot over medium heat, warm the cream with the milk. Add the sugar, cocoa, and salt. Cook until it comes to a boil.
