Ingredients

20 portions
  • 2/3 cups sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/3 cups butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoons liquid vanilla
  • 2 cups oil
  • 200 grams milk chocolate chip

Preparation

Mix 1/2 cup of sugar and cinnamon.
Boil the water with the remaining sugar and butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add the flour, and stir for 1 minute over low heat.
Remove from heat and add eggs, vanilla and stir well.
Put the mixture in a pastry bag.
Heat the oil in a pot, since it is hot, with the help of the pastry bag make the churros letting them fall directly into the oil.
Cook them 3 minutes or until they are a little brown.
Remove the churros from the oil and put them on a plate with a napkin to absorb the excess oil.
Then add the churros to the sugar mixture with cinnamon, turning them until well covered.
Melt the chocolate sparks in a bain-marie or simply in the microwave, put in a minute and remove the chocolate, stir it and microwave it another minute and so on until the desired consistency is obtained.
Serve churros accompanied by melted chocolate.
