The cornstarch cookies and condensed milk is a family recipe, they are some delicious cookies to drink with tea. You will not believe how easy it is to prepare them and how tasty they are. It will not take you more than 40 minutes to prepare it.

Ingredients

40 portions
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 50 grams lard, at room temperature
  • 250 grams cornstarch, will take more to finish the mass

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a bowl mix the egg and stir, add the sugar and butter and mix, finally the milk and vanilla content, mix until it is like a cream.
Now step by step we incorporate the 250 gr of cornstarch little by little, and the baking powder.
To finish with the liquid mixture, spread plenty of cornstarch for an allowance and pour the mixture, we incorporate cornstarch gradually to form a soft dough.
Cut the dough into four equal parts, make a roll, a snake or as they say in their countries and cut in equal parts. Take to the oven for 10 minutes and enjoy.
