Ingredients

  • 250 grams wheat flour
  • 125 grams vegetable shortening
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 cups evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 raja cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 peaches, chopped

Preparation

In a bowl add the flour and butter, mix until everything is incorporated, you will get a sandy mixture. Break the egg and form a dough with your hands.
