Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons liquid vanilla
  • 2/3 cans condensed milk
  • 1 cup oats, milled
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 8 teaspoons sugar
  • enough butter
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Strawberry jam

Preparation

Crush the bananas and beat them with the liquid ingredients (eggs, olive oil, milk, vanilla) with the exception of condensed milk; use a balloon.
Sift the dry ingredients and add them to the mixture.
The consistency should be almost liquid add little by little the condensed milk until you see that little of the mixture sticks to the spoon or shovel.
Cover a pan with butter and prepare the hotcakes using as a measure a ladle per piece.

TIPS

You can prepare a dressing with leftover condensed milk, cream cheese and marmalade (flavor to taste) to beat very well so you do not create lumps. You can substitute vanilla for orange essence.
