Boil water in a saucepan, place a heat-resistant bowl on top, and have a silicone spatula nearby. Add the butter, mini marshmallows, and chopped white chocolate to the bowl, remembering to monitor the temperature and stir constantly until well combined. Once completely melted, remove from heat and set aside. Remember that from this moment on, you will need to work with the chocolate very quickly to avoid it solidifying again.
