Boil the soda for 3 to 5 minutes. Immediately after, dissolve the gelatin in it while stirring with a spoon for a couple of minutes. Blend the cheese and cream, and once they are perfectly combined, pour in the soda and gelatin mixture. Once everything is blended, pour the mixture into a glass dish. Refrigerate until fully set.
