Melt 1 cup of marshmallows in the microwave in 15-second intervals to avoid burning, and mix with the whipping cream. Add boiling water to the gelatin in a medium bowl and stir for 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Gradually, in a large bowl, add the gelatin to the marshmallow cream using an electric mixer on medium speed until well combined. Add the juice and stir.
