Ingredients

24 portions
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 2 little boats artificial food coloring
  • 1 tablespoon sprinkles

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 150 ° C.
Separate the yolks from the whites. In case you get a yolk inside the egg whites, I recommend you to start the division again, since the egg whites will not duplicate their volume adequately when beating them.
Beat the whites and add the sugar little by little until firm peaks are obtained.
Divide the mixture into three equal parts and paint with artificial dye two halves, leaving one in white. Place each meringue inside a pastry bag and on a baking tray with waxed paper or a silicone mat, form different figures. Use a round duya to form clouds with white meringue, water droplets with blue meringue. To make rosettes, place a curly duya on the sleeve of the pink meringue.
Decorate with colored sparks or sugar pearls and bring to the oven at 150 ° C for 1 hour. You know that the meringues are ready when they take off easily.
Let them cool for around 20 minutes and serve.

PRESENTATION

You can decorate them with sparks or sugar pearls.

TIPS

Make sure you use good quality dyes so they do not lose their color when you bake them.
