Preparation
For the crepas: mix all the ingredients until obtaining a smooth and homogeneous mass. Heat a medium Teflon pan over medium heat, with a soup ladle pour a little of the mixture in the center of the pan, spread the dough in circular motions all over the surface to make a thin layer. Cook 2 minutes and turn the crepe. Repeat until the dough for crepes is finished.
For the filling: mix the nutella with chopped hazelnuts. Reservation.
For coverage: in a small pot heat the cream to beat over low heat until it starts to boil. Remove from the heat and pour over chopped chocolate, incorporating the mixture very well. Reservation.
To assemble the cake: place one crepe on top of another by placing a spoonful of the nutella filling between crepe and crepe. Cover with the chocolate coating and sprinkle the hazelnuts in halves.
