Hay que revisar la cantidad de manteca. Lo hice con mucho menos y salen muy grasosos

Malìsima la receta. Fue demasiada mantequilla. Los muffins duron un disaster en medio de tanta grasa.

Super ricos! no tenía todos los ingredientes, substitui la ralladura de limon por naranja, mantequilla por aceite de canola (1/4 cup) y fresas en lugar de frambuesas. Quedaron bien de sabor, me pregunto si será necesario tanta mantequilla????
