One of the best desserts without an oven is undoubtedly rice pudding and this is ideal for when you don't have much time to cook. In addition, with this recipe you can give it a new flavor of dulce de leche and you will use few ingredients that are easy to get, or that you even usually have at home. For this rice with dulce de leche to have a better texture, rinse the rice before cooking.
